  • If you choose to backorder, we will inform you of the estimated restocking and shipping date.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value required.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Total delivery time is estimated between 6 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
  • All orders are shipped using trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. We will notify you by email if your order includes such items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped.
  • Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • For mixed orders containing both in-stock and backordered items, please contact us to discuss available options.
