Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Sport Lava, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

  • We then verify product availability with our suppliers.
  • If your item is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center at 1380 Overlook Drive Unit #104, Lafayette, Colorado 80026, United States.

Carrier & Service We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery estimates are calculated automatically based on your location and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Maximum handling time is 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed by 8:00 PM are eligible for same-day processing cutoff.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
