Current Sports News: This season’s Champions League campaign is reaching its business end with the quarter-final ties set to be decided next week.

The Round of 16 clashes will be settled over the next two weeks with a number of big names set to crash out.

Last season’s finalists Liverpool and Tottenham were both dumped out of Europe’s elite competition this week while tournament debutants Atalanta are through.

The four remaining last-16 ties will be decided next week with Manchester City and Chelsea in action.

The sides left in the Champions League are dreaming of reaching the final in Istanbul on May 30.

Up next, they’ll have to negotiate the last-eight stage.

Champions League draw: Date and time

The draw for this season’s quarter-finals will take place on Friday, March 20 and will get underway at 11am UK time.

The first leg ties will be held on April 7 and 8 with the second legs to be played a week later on April 14 and 15.

UEFA will be providing a free live stream of the draw on their official website.

It will also be shown on BT Sport 2 with their coverage beginning at 10:30am.
