At Sport Lava, we work hard to ensure you always get the best prices online. If you find a lower price from another online store within 6 months of your purchase, just let us know — we’ll refund you the difference.

We also stand by our own pricing. If you see a lower price for the same item on our website within 6 months of your order date, we’ll refund the difference as well.

How to Request a Price Match

Simply email us at support@sportlava.com with:

• A link to the exact product on our website or the competitor’s website
• Your order details

Once verified, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Price Match Guarantee Terms & Limitations

To keep things fair, our guarantee has a few conditions:

• The item must have been purchased from Sport Lava before requesting a price match.
• Rebates, bundle deals, and promotions such as “buy one, get one free” are not eligible.
• The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of your request.
• The competitor must be an online retailer (not a physical store).
• Auction and discount websites (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.) are not eligible.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product.
• Price match applies to the product price plus shipping costs (sales tax excluded).
