Returns Policy

At SportLava, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the full details of our return policy below to ensure your return is eligible.

Product Condition

We currently only accept returns for new, unused items. This means the item must be:

  • In brand-new condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and any accessories included

If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The return request must be submitted within this 7-day period. Any request made after this window will not be accepted.

The 7-day period starts from the day the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return Method & Shipping Responsibility

All returns must be made by mail only. We do not currently support in-person returns.

  • Return Label: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. SportLava does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.

Returned items must be shipped back to the return address provided by our support team. Please contact us at support@sportlava.com before mailing anything.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers handling, inspection, repackaging, and inventory restocking.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. We recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary return costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

If the item returned does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund and send the item back to you. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged
  • Products not in their original packaging or missing accessories or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-refundable on the product page)
