Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Sport Lava, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

  • We then verify product availability with our suppliers.
  • If your item is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

Order Shipment

We only ship within the United States.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 14:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Estimated delivery times may be adjusted if your order is placed around holidays or peak periods.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Processing time: 3 – 7 business days.
    This is the time required to prepare your order for shipment after receiving your payment and confirming product availability.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping occurs Monday through Friday.
  • Estimated shipping time: 3 – 7 business days, depending on your destination and carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • For all destinations: 6 – 14 business days.
